Maintenance & Emergency Services
In the case of an EMERGENCY: please call 604.239.0911 ext. 4 for 24 hour emergency services.
Once you have placed the call, please ALSO make a maintenance request in your portal regarding the issue.
Maintenance requests are not only for emergencies, but also for small repairs. Please make a maintenance request for all things that occur or need to be taken care of at your residence.
To make a maintenance request:
Maintenance requests are sent in online through your portal.
- Click on the top right “Log In” button from the menu.
- Click on “tenant”
- Type in your email address and password to log into your account. If you forget your password, or you have not yet set up an account, please email us at [email protected] and let us know. We will then enable your portal for you.
- Once you sign in, click on the maintenance tab at the top and then choose the yellow “new service request”.
- Fill out all of the necessary information. The more information you give us, the faster we can help!
