Maintenance & Emergency Services

In the case of an EMERGENCY: please call 604.239.0911 ext. 4 for 24 hour emergency services.

Once you have placed the call, please ALSO make a maintenance request in your portal regarding the issue.

Maintenance requests are not only for emergencies, but also for small repairs. Please make a maintenance request for all things that occur or need to be taken care of at your residence.

To make a maintenance request:

Maintenance requests are sent in online through your portal.

  1. Click on the top right “Log In” button from the menu.
  2. Click on “tenant”
  3. Type in your email address and password to log into your account. If you forget your password, or you have not yet set up an account, please email us at [email protected] and let us know. We will then enable your portal for you.
  4. Once you sign in, click on the maintenance tab at the top and then choose the yellow “new service request”.
  5. Fill out all of the necessary information. The more information you give us, the faster we can help!
